Bev Gilliard, LLC is proud to offer the latest work from Author Bev Gilliard. Biblical Principles on Singleness is a ground-breaking book of Christian candor and biblical honesty. Once again, Bev Gilliard has given struggling young Christians a great gift—a book that combines scriptural wisdom with a sense of grave urgency. Bev writes with passion and credibility, and this author does not duck the hardest issues. The Bible is the authority on Godly principles and is full of practical instructions and answers for the questions Christians has. Indeed, there is and always will be a lot we do not know about God and the things of God.

However, God has provided enough information and answers in His Word that is true and that all Christians ought to believe as believers in God.For generations, single people have gotten the wrong message about what they are supposed to think of their lives; That they are supposed to be ashamed of being single, they are supposed to feel miserable and isolated and desperate to marry.

True enough, as Christians you don’t want to break God’s commandments, which would be committing sins of commission. But you also can be guilty of the sin of omission, which is not doing what you should.Additionally, many Christians accept that if God wanted them to know about something, He would provide it in the Bible, God’s Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth, and if it wasn't there, that is because God does not feel it necessary for anyone to know, or else God will provide the evidence needed to be based on the relationship and the condition of the Christian in need. This is standard among Christian communities.

Incredibly inspiring!
Bev's new book, "Chosen,” is her lifespan of testimony which she shares to help to enrich the lives as of others. Bev says she has a real relationship with God and a covenant with God that they made in 2009, that if God takes care of all her needs she will testify wherever she goes. Bev says both God and her have kept that covenant and she is grateful for all her testimonies because her testimonies are a testament to how far God has brought her and how passionately He loves her.

Bev's book, "Chosen" is a great read for everyone, Christian and no-christian. If you want to find hope in the amid hopelessness, if you want to become strong to withstand your test, if you just want to see God at work, read Chosen. All quotations are taken from the King James Version of the Bible.

If you would like to invite Bev to speak, fellowship,
serve on a panel, hold a book signing or bring words of healing, prayer and praise seminar to your organization, please contact her at:

Resiliency pioneer Bev Gilliard, Founder and President of Precious Petals Foundation Inc., National Violence Prevention, Inc., and Bev Gilliard, LLC, is a Christian and is recognized as a leading expert on the topics of resiliency, change, and how people of all ages can bounce back from all types of life adversity, violence, sexual assault, and abuse.

There are broad, overarching, and governing decisions that we must make on our Christian journey that is absolutely crucial to the decisions we make when we evaluate our biases, burdens, and blessings. The opportunities we are confronted with each day provide the choices that determine our behavior and the cause and effects of those choices.

When we choose to let our biases lead our decision making and actions, not only are we molding an unchristian like character, we are demonstrating who we are at the core. But alongside our biases lies the burdens that must be confronted before we can unlock the blessings that God provides for us daily. Blessings that will only become clearer when our motives are Christlike towards our fellow congregants and pastors.

Bev's new book, "Shattered Reflections of a Christian, Biases, Burdens, and Blessings,” offers you an opportunity to get answers to many Biblical controversial issues, and myths, and to examine the facts with Bible verses that are related to the topics.

God's Word is a powerful weapon against life’s challenges, sin, and against the enemy of our souls. You will learn moral and fundamental principles that will help you to understand the relevance of Christ in your life, how to receive God’s forgiveness, and keep encouraged on the path of salvation and an eternal life with Christ.

In the interim, you will get personal and close up the opportunity to inquire, examine, or interrogate your own biases and burdens that may be blocking you from your blessings and set your mind and heart at peace. Philippians 4:8 King James Version (KJV), “8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

Bev Gilliard is dedicated to sharing these life-correcting, life-strengthening strategies to help Christians seeking answers to questions that are triggering biases, burdens and blocking their blessings.
"Shattered Reflections of a Christian, Biases, Burdens, and Blessings,” is scheduled to be released on February 14, 2019.

Bev Gilliard, Author and Motivational Speaker, will be the Keynote Speaker at Precious Petals Foundation, Inc. 2nd Annual Purple Tie Ball Benefiting Individuals Impacted by Violence. Her speech, "The Honeymoon Is Over" will address the complacency of all the key players necessary to end domestic violence. From the police officers who take complaints to the judge who must administer the sentence.

But wait, Bev holds each and everyone of us accountable for the complacency that holds individuals impacted by violence trapped in abuse. Bev said, "The mere fact that most of us fail to get educated on violence and the effects on individuals and we bombard those seeking help with shame and ridicule, we participate in trapping them in their situation."

Bev is a dynamic and straight forward speaker that is first to tell you that she do not find any humor in abuse and have no problem being blunt in her speech. ATLANTA - Author Bev Gilliard was notified earlier today that she was nominated for Georgia State University's (GSU) Royal Flame Leadership Award, and the GSU's Martin Luther King, Jr. Humanitarian Award.

The Royal Flame Leadership Award is given to a recipient who demonstrates a history of progressive leadership position on campus and in the community that positively impacts GSU community, including students, staff, and organizations, affects positive change, and demonstrates potential for leadership beyond GSU in the future.

And, the Dr. Martin Luther King Humanitarian Award presented to an exemplary student or student organization who has demonstrated an outstanding ability to promote multiculturalism at Georgia State University and/or the community at large.

Ceremony for the nominees will be held on April 2, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. Bev Gilliard, an author of Christian literature and lover of poetry had this to say, "I am EXCITED AND HUMBLED to have been nominated for such a prestigious honor". On February 4, 1968, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his last sermon at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Titled “The Drum Major Instinct,” the sermon was inspired by Mark 10:43 (NIV): “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” Dr. King, inspired from this passage, said:

"If you want to be important, wonderful.
If you want to be recognized, wonderful.
If you want to be great, wonderful.
But recognize that he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.

That's a new definition of greatness.
“And this morning, the thing that I like about it:
by giving that definition of greatness,
it means that everybody can be great,
because everybody can serve.

“You don't have to have a college degree to serve.
You don't have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve.
You don't have to know about Plato and Aristotle to serve.
You don't have to know Einstein's theory of relativity to serve.
You don't have to know the second theory of thermodynamics in physics to serve.

You only need a heart full of grace, a soul generated by love.
And you can be that servant."

Just purpose in your heart to wake up each day with a heart filled with gratitude, and a willingness to do something nice for just one person, and the giving heart will become infected", says Bev.

We congratulate Bev on being nominated for such prestigious honors and for doing such great work in the community through her two foundations, Precious Petals Foundation, Inc. and
National Violence Prevention, Inc.
