In living life, I have encountered many challenges, been tested, and I came through many fires. In the process, my faith in God has been strengthened and my dependence on God has increased. Also, I can testify that God is an on-time God, and He sends the people necessary who helped to make my journey manageable.
Now, I write books to share what God has done, what He continues to do, and will do, not only for me, but for you. My hope is that my books will teach you about God, and inspire and encourage you and others to have faith. All my books contain my best knowledge of Biblical Principles on various topics and are truth because every Word of God is true. Therefore, my books will not pacify you with lies. As my Pastor once said, "If God said it, that settles it."
Presently, I have 7 books available now on Amazon.com, some in regular print, large print, and Kindle formats. I also have three books nearing completion and will be released throughout the remainder of this year, 2021, please look for them. Thank you for your support!

Dear Supporters and Community Members,
Along with many of you, Author Bev Gilliard, Bev Gilliard Foundation - Precious Petals Foundation, Inc., and National Suicide Prevention Inc., has been closely monitoring the situation around COVID-19 or Coronavirus. During chaotic and overwhelming times, our lines act as a critical intervention for many folks who need emotional support. Therefore, we have and will continue to operate as an “essential activity” as defined by the Georgia Department of Public Health and CDC.
We would not be able to continue to provide service for those impacted by violence, if not for the dedication of our volunteers and staff. Their commitment to Bev Gilliard Foundation has saved lives and uplifted individuals countless times. It is pertinent to ensure the safety of our staff and volunteers, so to encourage social distancing we immediately made the following changes:
~ We’ve canceled all large gatherings, including our yearly Precious Petals Purple Tie Ball
~ We developed an internal protocol in response to addressing concerns over COVID-19, which includes significantly reducing the number of on-site calls we respond to
~ All educational trainings and outreach events have been cancelled until further notice, including our regular Suicide Prevention Training at the Ellenwood Georgia Public Library
~ Our Grief Group meetings are now going remote
~ Volunteer recruitment and interviews are now remote
~ Our volunteers and staff who have health or commute concerns are respectively sheltering in place
We send heartfelt thanks to corporations and individuals who have donated, helped and are supporting our “essential services” during this crisis!
