Workplace Harassment Prevention Course Overview

Workplace bullying is often subtle. It is:
  • Driven by perpetrators’ need to control the targeted individual(s)
  • Initiated by bullies who choose targets, timing, place, and methods
  • Escalated to involve others who side with the bully, either voluntarily or through coercion.
  • Undermining of legitimate business interests when bullies’ personal agendas take precedence over work itself
  • Similar to Domestic Violence at work where the abuser is on the payroll.
This Workplace Harassment Prevention Workshop helps your staff members learn how to better understand and appreciate other people. We ask training participants to put themselves into another person's place in hopes that they will be able to better relate to others who are different than they are. It is important in today’s culturally diverse world that we learn how to interact appropriately and respect those around us. Bev is happy to support and train organizations that want to provide detailed workplace sensitivity standards and expectations. Bev’s Workplace Harassment Prevention program will review appropriate communication skills and accepted behaviors. Your goals are unique to your business and Bev will work with you to determine what aspects of Workplace Harassment Prevention are most beneficial to your end goals.

Motivation Training

How to succeed in life and business–Let me help you count the ways… Starting With Motivation

Forget tough. Today, competition is fierce! It takes more to succeed in business than just having a smart competitive strategy, good reputation, and a top-notch product or service. In reality, a company’s human capital holds the key to sustainable, long-term growth. Businesses don’t do business–people do. They create the force that ensures an organization’s successful future. These individuals hold the solutions to problems, the ways to improve motivation, productivity, the creativity to enhance products and services, and the insight that the company needs to move forward. These goals become a reality if dynamic motivation is displayed and every executive and manager treats their employees as well as they treat their most important customers. Smart business owners and managers know that without the full support of their employees, no initiative can succeed, nor can any individual leader achieve their goals.

The Motivation & Leadership Program is ideal for anyone with current or anticipated leadership responsibilities, ranging from support staff, front line employees to senior management expecting to take on leadership roles; and those who are not in management positions but are expected to lead, motivate and influence others in the course of their work.
